Having Trouble with an Order?

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail which has package tracking. If we have an email address for you, the Post Office website will send you a message the day we purchase the postage for your order. Typically the order ships the following day and takes 2-3 days to cross the country.

If your order doesn't show up in a reasonable amount of time, please call us toll-free at 877-338-8485 and we will help track it down.

Feedback
