Circling

Put the point or slope of the Thumbby™ massager on the bottom of the foot.  Rotate the massager to stimulate the foot. If using the point gives too much pressure, use the slope or shoulder of the massager instead.

Pressing

Position the Thumbby™ massager on a clean floor or carpet. Stand or sit and press the bottom of the foot onto the massager. Move your foot to work the area.
