Kneading

Put the point of the Thumbby™ massager on the biceps. Move the massager back and forth across the grain the muscle.  If the point gives too much pressure, use the slope or shoulder of the massager instead.

Circling

Put the point of the Thumbby™ massager on the biceps. Move the massager in a circle on and around the area.  If using the point gives too much pressure, use the slope or shoulder of the massager instead.
